About the Role
The Client-Facing RevOps Project Manager serves as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring the successful execution of revenue operations projects that enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, and optimize processes. Working closely with the RevOps Account Strategist, this role acts as the bridge between client business goals and operational execution, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.

Key Accountabilities
Project Planning & Execution

Manage client-facing projects, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines and objectives.

Help Develop and execute monthly sprint plans with RevOps Account Strategist to keep projects on track.

Maintain project scope and backlog, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to project success.
Client & Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring transparency, alignment, and satisfaction.

Own and lead weekly status meetings, delivering clear updates on project progress.

Address client concerns proactively, adjusting project strategies as needed.
- Provide executive summaries and progress reports, ensuring visibility across teams.
Resource & Budget Management

Oversee shared resources, ensuring optimal allocation and execution efficiency.

Manage and track client project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial scope.
- Optimize financial and resource utilization, delivering high-value outcomes.
Scheduling & Coordination

Schedule and facilitate client project meetings, ensuring strategic alignment.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, enhancing collaboration and clarity.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and leadership.
Collaboration with RevOps Account Strategist

Work alongside the RevOps Account Strategist to understand client needs and objectives.

Support client onboarding and implementation strategies, driving revenue process efficiency.

Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
- Align project execution with RevOps strategies, ensuring measurable business impact.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of project management experience in RevOps, SaaS, or client success environments.

Experience with RevOps tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Teamwork.com, or Parallax).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with sales enablement, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
-
PMP, CSM, or RevOps certification is a plus but not required.
