Health Insurance Stipend

As a fully remote team, we’ve found that our employees often get better coverage by choosing their own plan. So we don’t restrict you to a group plan.

Instead, we give you the flexibility to find health, dental, and vision insurance that works best for you and your family.

 

We’ll reimburse you up to $500/month for individual coverage or up to $750/month for family coverage, starting after 30 days of full-time employment.

Flexible PTO + Sick Leave

We offer a generous, trust-based PTO policy after the first 90 days of employment to promote balance and wellness, with eligibility increasing over time:
  • First year: Up to 10 days (80 hours) annually
  • Second year and beyond: Up to 15 days (120 hours) annually
  • Plus, 5 paid sick days per year (Eligibility starts day 1)
