About the Role
The RevOps Engineer is responsible for implementing revenue operations solutions, ensuring seamless execution of scoped projects, and providing technical expertise to enhance client success.

Key Accountabilities
RevOps Solution Implementation

Execute and implement RevOps solutions as scoped and briefed by the RevOps Account Strategist.

Ensure all solutions align with client objectives, maximizing operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Maintain and refine RevOps processes for scalability and automation.
Client Communication & Engagement

Act as the technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, following the RACI framework.

Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity in execution and implementation.

Document and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders in an understandable manner.
Solution Demonstration & Delivery

Conduct demos of solutions built, ensuring client understanding and adoption.

Train clients on implemented systems, ensuring successful handoff and long-term usability.
- Provide ongoing technical support and refinement post-implementation to maintain effectiveness.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

Test and validate solutions before deployment to ensure accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness.

Gather and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to refine RevOps processes.

Collaborate with the RevOps Account Strategist and Director of RevOps to improve service delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HubSpot and related technologies to best support clients.
Scorecard Metrics

Successful Implementation Rate: Percentage of RevOps solutions executed as planned.

Client Adoption Rate: Measured through post-implementation feedback and training success.

Efficiency in Execution: Percentage of projects delivered on time and within scope.

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Feedback from clients regarding implementation effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in RevOps Engineering, Process Documentation, or Technical Implementation.

Strong familiarity with LucidChart, process mapping, and structured documentation.

Experience in client-facing technical roles, including solution demonstrations and implementation support.

Ability to manage project tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy in technical documentation.
