We had a great experience collaborating with HarvestROI

They performed a CRM audit which revealed some of our weak spots and proposed solutions that were adapted to our objectives. Overall it was a great experience and I'd love to work with them again.

So Happy

So happy we decided to get HubSpot Onboarding and Consulting through Harvest ROI. Dean did an excellent job of helping us determine what workflows we needed, how to clean up our database, create Pipelines and so much more that most likely would have taken us years to figure out! The money and time spent were well worth it.

HarvestROI: This Is Who We Are

People ask us what makes HarvestROI different. They expect us to talk about HubSpot expertise. Diamond partner status. Technical depth. And yeah, all of that matters. But none of it would matter without the thing that actually holds this company together.

Our core values.

Not the poster-on-the-wall kind. Not the ones that show up in the employee handbook and never get mentioned again. We’re talking about the operating system that runs everything we do. How we build our team. How we deliver. How we make the hard calls. How we treat each other. How we show up for our clients every single day.

This is who we are. And if you're working with us, partnering with us, or considering either, this is what you can expect.

Quality: The Extra Mile Isn't Optional

We do hard work. We walk into broken systems, stressed-out teams, and tangled processes that other people couldn't fix. And the expectation here isn't to call it in. The expectation is to go the extra mile and build something that actually works.

Quality isn't a checkpoint at the end of a project. It starts the moment a prospect gets on the phone with us. Our complimentary portal audit? That's 90 minutes of deep, genuine assessment for someone who may never become a client. That's quality before a contract is signed. It runs through our proposals, our handoffs, our engagement prep, and every single build.

We've embedded quality checks directly into how we work. Every deliverable goes through structured review before it reaches a client. That's not bureaucracy. That's the team holding each other accountable to a shared standard. The final deliverable reflects the team's collective best. Not one person working in a vacuum.

Quality means we test. We QC. We validate against the client's revenue model, their team structure, and their goals. We don't deliver half-baked solutions. Ever.

Integrity & Transparency: Say Where You Stand

Integrity is simple. You wake up in the morning and you want to do the right thing. By your clients. By your teammates. You approach the day with a sense of purpose.

Transparency is the visible side of that integrity. Be as honest and open as possible in every communication so there's no guessing. Don't hide the struggles. Don't sugarcoat where things stand.

We're a remote company. That means we don't have the luxury of reading body language in a conference room. We rely on trust. Trust that everyone is showing up fully dedicated, bringing their best, and sharing the reality of their experience as we work toward shared goals. Integrity and transparency are how that trust gets built.

Here's what we’re most proud of: our team has told us, repeatedly, that they value this because it means they can have open, honest conversations about what's working and what isn't. No politics. No fear. Just real talk. That openness creates better solutions for our clients because problems get addressed early. They don't sit in the dark and get worse.

If you can't be transparent with your team, you can't fix anything. And fixing things is what we do.

Collaboration: We Are the Sum of Our Parts

No single individual here is as strong alone as they are with the support of this team.

A client can hire an independent consultant. Probably cheaper than hiring us. But they hire HarvestROI because of what happens when smart people work together. Shared knowledge. Shared skill sets. Shared problem-solving. When two people sense-check a solution together, they don't just validate it. They often create something more innovative than either one would have built alone. That's how we innovate. That's how we grow.

Our delivery team operates as a unit, not a hierarchy. The Solutions Architect or RevOps Strategist may be the client-facing lead, but the team builds together. Designing solutions in a vacuum produces one person's perspective. Collaboration produces a multitude of strong solutions because everybody is bringing their best.

And this isn't limited to delivery. Sales collaborates with Solutions Engineers to identify the ideal solution for a client. Service delivery works with Project Management to keep the multitude of active projects on track. Marketing collaborates with sales and delivery to create compelling case studies. The work we do is too big for any one individual. In a remote world, collaboration isn't a nice-to-have. It's essential to our success.

Respect: See Where Someone Is

Respect means treating everybody with dignity and professionalism. Teammates, clients, partners. Everybody.

But here's the part that matters most in our line of work: we walk into situations where people are under stress. Our clients are navigating change. Their systems are in distress. Their teams are overwhelmed. Genuinely seeing where someone is in that moment and respecting it is critically important to how you communicate with them.

That's why we invest in self-awareness tools like the Birkman Assessment across our team. The Birkman helps our people understand their own stress behaviors, communication styles, and needs. And then it helps them recognize those patterns in the clients and partners they work with. The more self-aware you are, the easier it is to step into someone else's shoes, see things from their perspective, and respond with empathy. That's not soft. That fosters significantly better communication, especially under pressure.

And respect goes both ways. We lead every engagement with respect, and we expect the same from our clients. It's formalized. There's a clause in our contracts that states we will always lead with respect and we expect the same in return and reserve the right to end any engagement in which that expectation is not met. That's how seriously we take it.

Diversity of Thought: Everybody's History Is Unique

Every person who walks through our doors (or onto a Zoom call) brings a unique set of experiences. Different companies. Different clients. Different solutions. Different career paths. Everybody's opinion is shaped by everything they've been through, and everybody's history is different.

Diversity of thought means being genuinely open to learning from that cumulative experience. Even when you disagree. Especially when you disagree.

Our team members are working across different clients simultaneously. What you see in one portal sparks an idea for another. The mid-career hire who spent five years at an agency? They bring a perspective we've never considered. The person who did in-house RevOps before joining us? They've felt the pain our clients feel. That's invaluable.

If you're not welcoming outside ideas, you're not leaning into collaboration. If you're not respecting someone else's perspective, you're blowing right past humility. Diversity of thought is the connective tissue between our other values. It ties collaboration, humility, and respect together.

Hear people out. Whether you think they're right or you don't. Take even a piece of what they bring and incorporate it into your own thinking. That's how you grow here. That's how we all grow.

Humility: Say "I Don't Know"

Sometimes it’s hard to be humble when you’re as smart as we are...

Okay. That was a joke. But here's the truth: humility is the fundamental core value for this team. If you're not learning every day, you're doing something wrong.

Nobody knows everything. Most of us don't know what everybody else knows. The expectation is an open mind. A willingness to learn from every interaction, whether it's a teammate, a client, or somebody you ran into at the coffee shop. Being open to someone's perspective and willing to learn in every moment. That's what humility is rooted in.

Our leadership team has said this openly and repeatedly: we are not the smartest people in the room. Our team knows more than we do in many areas. But even for the most experienced people on this team, the expectation is the same. There's always someone who knows something you don't. There's always a perspective you haven't considered. We expect our people to raise their hand and say "I don't know." To reach out to a teammate. To ask for a second opinion on a solution they feel confident about, because confidence without humility creates blind spots.

And here's where humility connects to everything else: every one of us is going to make mistakes. Humility is what lets you admit the mistake. Sense of humor is what lets you laugh at it. Integrity and transparency is what lets you fix it. These values don't work in isolation. They work as a chain. And humility is the foundation.

Sense of Humor: If You Can't Laugh at Yourself, There's a Problem

The work we do is important. It's critical. The results matter. But we're not saving lives in the emergency room. We need to be able to step back and say, "You know what? I made a mistake. That sucked." We need the humility to admit it, the sense of humor to laugh at it, and the integrity to fix it.

If you can't laugh at yourself, if you can't laugh at a situation, if you can't make a teammate smile or make a client smile, there's an issue.

We lean into sense of humor probably more than we should sometimes. The dad jokes. The silly commentary back and forth. The moments where someone completely loses their train of thought on a call and we all just crack up. Those moments matter. They lighten the day. They make the stressful situations survivable. And they make this a place where people actually want to show up.

After years of doing this, we’re confident about something: an optimistic, humor-forward approach produces a stronger, more resilient, and more adaptable team than the alternative. Sense of humor and optimism aren't soft nice-to-haves. They're essential to a thriving culture. A team that can't laugh together is a team that will break under stress.

So bring the jokes. Laugh at yourself. Keep it light. And then get back to building great solutions.

Hunger for Knowledge: The Landscape Changes Daily. Keep Up.

Hunger for Knowledge is a newer core value. We added it because we realized we were already celebrating and promoting the behavior enough that it deserved a name.

Here's why it matters: everything we do changes every single day. The technology changes. Needs and opportunities evolve. HubSpot alone had over 400 updates last year. AI is evolving at a pace nobody fully predicted. The CRM ecosystem and the apps we integrate are shifting constantly. If we're not actively learning what's possible, and not just within HubSpot but across the entire business technology landscape, we're behind.

You can't keep creating the same solutions over and over when the technology shifts under your feet. The solutions have to shift with it. Hunger for knowledge equips you with the ammunition to create great solutions. Not recycled ones.

We invest in our team's growth through structured learning and ongoing development. But real success comes down to something deeper: we look for candidates who demonstrate a consistent pattern of self-directed learning and professional growth. Not people who wait to be taught. People who are relentlessly curious, who challenge assumptions, who seek out new ideas, and who stay adaptable so they can empower themselves and our clients to stay ahead in a landscape that never stops moving.

Why This All Matters

These core values aren't a nice-to-have HR exercise. They're the guideposts we lean into when the decisions get hard. And in our work, the decisions get hard often. There's a lot of nuance, a lot of context, a lot of competing priorities. When we have these values as our foundation, we're able to navigate that difficulty and come out the other side with our integrity intact and our clients better off.

We evaluate candidates on the professional behaviors and competencies these values describe: things like communication, collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and accountability. We measure ourselves against them. We recognize each other for living them. And when you work with us, you'll see them in action. In how we communicate. In how we handle the unexpected. In how we deliver.

Because here's what we've learned: when a team operates from shared values, the work is better, the relationships are stronger, and the results speak for themselves.

That's who we are.
