We're looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll serve as the strategic and technical bridge between prospective clients and the right HarvestROI solution — leading discovery, conducting portal audits, crafting tailored proposals, and guiding deals from first conversation to close.

Key Accountabilities
Lead structured discovery sessions to uncover client goals, challenges, and system architecture.
Translate client needs into clear, actionable opportunities aligned with HarvestROI's service offerings.
Deliver expert insight on HubSpot technical feasibility and strategic fit.
Conduct comprehensive HubSpot Health and Adoption audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Deliver strategic assessments that inform solution development and ROI framing.
Build tailored solutions and proposals rooted in discovery insights and audit findings.
Support proposal presentations and the closing process by articulating business value clearly.
Review call recordings (Fathom) to extract insights, objections, and follow-up actions.
Consolidate findings into actionable intelligence that improves sales strategy and execution.
Coordinate call scheduling and maintain clear communication with prospects throughout the pipeline.
Manage nurture campaigns and sequencing via HubSpot to keep deals moving forward
Discovery-to-close conversion rates by milestones
