The HubSpot Solutions Consultant is responsible for accelerate new sales revenue by providing a strategic, technical, and operational consultative sales experience, demonstrating our value and uncovering opportunities throughout the sales cycle from discovery to close.

Key Accountabilities
Deliver expert insights on HubSpot technical feasibility and strategic fit.
Translate client challenges and goals into clear, actionable opportunities that align with HarvestROI's offerings.
Lead structured discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and system architecture.
Document and communicate client requirements for audit, scoping, and optimization planning.
Conduct comprehensive HubSpot Health, and Adoption audits of existing HubSpot platforms and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Deliver strategic assessments that guide solution development and ROI alignment.
Create tailored solutions and proposals based on discovery and audit insights.
Support proposal presentations and the closing process by articulating business value.
Review Fathom call recordings to extract insights, objections, and follow-ups.
Consolidate findings into actionable intelligence for sales strategy and execution.
Coordinate and manage call scheduling for the sales prospects.
Communicate with prospects to maintain momentum and manage expectations.
Manage nurture campaigns and sequencing via HubSpot or related tools.
Discovery-to-close conversion rates by milestones
